✨This mini mala is made with 24-six mm multicolored Amazonite stones, 12-eight mm white jade stones, and six star cut crystal quartz section beads, with gold spacer beads and a horse eye shell pendant!

✨“Mala” is Sanskrit for “garland,” and have been used for meditation and yoga practice for 100s of years. Many people also wear them as necklaces, or layered bracelets. The intention is to touch each bead in meditation, and make a affirmation with each bead. They are not a religious item, more intended for mediation. However, they are gorgeous when used as jewelry. Traditionally they are made with 108 main beads, sections beads, and a pendant (guru) bead. Mini malas are “pocket versions” of the large, full size mala. A mini mala has 36 beads, so if you meditate on the beads 3 times, you get 108. They work great as short necklaces, or layered bracelets when wrapped around the wrist a few times.

✨This mala is made with white matte Alabaster, star cut clear crystal quartz, and matte Amazonite. The spacers are gold, and the pendant bead is a horse eye seashell. Its strung on strong stretch cord. Some malas are strung on silk cord with knots between each bead. All are malas, just in different versions. This mala was made on stretch cord to be able to be worn as a necklace, if desired.
