I take care to wrap all my Crystals carefully to limit damage during shipping. All shipments have insurance. If you receive a package that looks very damaged during transport, please take photos of the package before opening, then check the crystal. If it is broken, please reach out to me with info, and pictures, so I can get you a refund. I ship from the US, so your package doesn't have that far to travel. I do not accept refunds for any reason other than damage due to transport. Photos of the shipping box are necessary for a claim. The Crystals you recieve will look similar to the photos, howver each crystal is unique, and its shape is random. Some have one point, some have several. If you are looking for a specific type of large crystal, reach out to me, and I will try to find the perfect stone for you!

I do quality control checks on each item before shipping. I also hand pick my inventory straight from the dealer’s warehouse to ensure quality!
