This is a custom made gemstone, and wood lanyard on a gold heart clasp. (That opens and shuts)

Made with (starting from the clasp, first large stone) Citrine, Peruvian pink opals, copper spacer beads, Amazonite, green serpentine Jade, red flower agate, cape amethyst, rose quartz, aquamarine, white Jade, white sandalwood wood, or upgraded Thuja wood.
